  Flat Rate: Is simple: There’s a $200 diagnostics fee (Commercial) $150.00 (residential). We will diagnose system and give a price to repair your unit.

You, the client, choose whether or not to make the repair, choosing to begin the job based on known costs, not ‘estimates’.

We will provide a warranty on all repairs. Should a related service problem arise on a system on which we have worked, we will return and diagnose the problem at no charge to you.
