Refrigeration Service Flat Rate: Is simple: There's a $200 diagnostics fee (Commercial) $150.00 (residential). We will diagnose system and give a price to repair your unit. Upon arrival, what we'll do is find the problem and give you a quote for the repair. Once you approve the work, we waive the Diagnostic Fee. It's that simple.

We repair all types, makes and models of Commercial Refrigeration, heating & cooling equipment, ventilation systems. From residential warm air furnaces to commercial and industrial roof-top units, from Homes, Country Clubs, stores, church’s, Banquet halls, Night clubs, Laundromats, restaurants, Pizzerias, Property Management, Retail, Offices, Hotels, Bakery’s and Office buildings. ► Choosing to do the job is based on known costs, not ‘estimates’.
► If you choose not to make the repair, you pay only the Diagnostic Fee.
► Technicians can take the time necessary to perform the repair properly.
► Contract plus: clients receive special discounted rates.
► We will provide a warranty on all repairs.
